As spring draws to a close, vigilance remains essential regarding water resources. "The overall state of the water tables is satisfactory in May: 35% of observation points are below monthly norms, 19% are comparable and 46% are above," notes the national geological service in its monthly bulletin of June 1. However, the situation has deteriorated compared to the previous month and was much more satisfactory a year ago: in May 2024, 70% of levels were above monthly norms.
